I would like to say "Thanks" in my own way, but I'm busy, so, here it is unfinished:


It's a WIP and sucks (poooor cat, he's so ugly here!! Of course I'm going to redraw him.), and will be a Step-by-Step when I finish, so, if you liked it please avoid it yet, I'm going to resubmit it in the next days (or weeks? =x), finished.

I weren't really happy with my Speedsters drawning, so, I would love not only to show my appreciation of your support, but to forgive myself trying to do a better illustration of these characters.

Oh, having a subscription on DA is a new universe! I didn't have time to explore all the features until now, hehe!

Oh, and keep an eye here people. Soon I'm going to bring some news. Surprise... ;D

I decided join SE contest. I learned a lot with the drawning, and I weren't really doing that for the contest, it was for fun. So, why not use the opportunity and try to earn something with my fun?

Well, I took a long time in this drawning because I challenged myself to draw things that a never drawned before, and to improve in other things too. God, I spent more time on background than with the character, and I'm in hurry now. I deserve that, it's my fault always avoiding to draw bgs, and draw cities... I'm laughing of myself. XD

I'm not exactly happy with this, I know what I need to improve, but, the time is over. Anyway, her skin isn't flat like the Stutekh's skin, and I used perspective to do a bg and on the character too. I tried to keep an eye on light/shadow, and the color change caused by them, but I failed miserably. What a shame! I'll keep training, to do my best on future. Check my previous journal if you aren't understanding anything.

I'm planning to join two more contests, finish at least one old WIP, and, take a break! After that, probably, I'm going to look for some real work to do, start doing comissions maybe, I don't know yet.

At same time, I'm hurry at university too. =x

Tradução em Português do Anti-Hero or Villain: Làcrima

Chamada "Tecelã de Tinta" devido a sua habilidade, Làcrima é capaz de animar suas criações desconstruindo-as, desenvolvendo-as e transformando-as em algo diferente do início se assim desejar. Sua fraqueza é que ela necessita de criar algo com antecedência, pois não pode simplesmente animar tinta pura em situações normais. Ela precisa de tinta usada por ela durante a criação de algo. Também, suas criações animadas são mais poderosas ou fracas dependendo de o quanto ela gostou quando os desenhou. Maior a diversão durante a criação, maior o poder quando animados.

Ela também é capaz de animar a criação de outras pessoas, usando tinta pura. Porém, este é um último recurso o qual ela evita se possível. Pois quando ela o faz, ela anima criações rejeitadas, criações as quais jamais saíram da mente de seus donos para o papel pois eles não gostaram delas. Então, estas criações mantiveram-se esperando alguém mais sonhá-las. Làcrima é capaz de chamar à si estes pensamentos rejeitados e dar vida à eles, mas isto é extremamente perigoso. Eles não são criações dela, e normalmente estão tão amargos e furiosos que saem do seu controle logo após serem animados, e atacam qualquer coisa.

Làcrima adora jogar jogos, não importa se são online, de pc, de mesa. Ou realistas, como o Reaper's Game. Ela não é boa ou má, apenas tem convicções tão fortes que pode levá-la a agir de um modo que os outros podem entender mal. Quando mais jovem, ela era um alvo preferencial para brincadeiras maldosas e intimidação na escola. Hoje em dia ela sempre mantém suas relações superficiais, se mantendo um pouco distante das pessoas, adorando sua liberdade para deixá-los para trás a qualquer momento.

Isto não significa que ela reage de modo frio ou desconfiado, ou não se sente solitária certas vezes. Ela é uma pessoa com quem é fácil de se lidar, calma e pensativa. Mas ela quase que odeia as pessoas, e deseja que todos fossem apagados da face da Terra. Ao mesmo tempo, ela ama o quão criativos, sentimentais e nobres elas podem ser.

Ela é uma jogadora no WEWY. Uma garota de cerca de 17, 20 anos, cujo nome real é desconhecido. Làcrima é o nome pelo qual ela chama à si mesma. Ela é uma estudante, e também tem um emprego de meio período em uma livraria de usados. Ela ama estórias...

Anyway, I'm posting because I was a bit lost past days. Do you all know the strange DA & SE contest, uh? They managed very well to get my "creative juices flowing", haha! I was going to participate on this, beacuse I'm almost a fearful child, I want to start working on a profissional way (I never did any comissions or nothing like that.. Either contests.) but I don't think I'm able to take this responsibility yet, I'm not prepared and need to learn and pratice a lot. So, a contest can be a good starting. Doing things for fun, losing the fear and maybe get something in trade of my art, by the first time.

But I thought that contest was a bit strange, and observing the two sides, who are pro or not, now I'm completely lost. I just can't figure out whats up with SE, what were exactly their intentions with this contest. I have some hypothesis, of course, but...

At same time, I kept drawning. Because I liked the idea I had, and it was a challenge to me, I wanted to improve my skills on colouring darker skins tones, and other things. I decidied that I will finish and post it here anyway. Entering the contest or not. I'm lost and I will hold it carefully waiting for news...

Yes, she's different from another contest entries, and I didn't tried to mimic the WEWY artwork. She has her own style(crazy and different from most WEWY charaters), and her own way.
